- Responding to requests you send through the contact form, on the basis of your consent.
- Managing bookings and payments, on the basis of performance of the contract.
- Ensuring the security and proper operation of the Site, on the basis of our legitimate interest.
Recipients and processors
Your data is accessible to the publisher and to technical providers acting as processors.
Some of these providers may be located outside the European Union. Appropriate safeguards then govern these transfers.
- Resend, for delivering contact form messages.
- SuperHote, for managing availability and bookings.
- Stripe, for secure payment processing.
- Netlify, for hosting the Site.
Retention periods
- Contact form messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then archived or deleted.
- Booking data is kept in accordance with applicable legal and accounting obligations.
Cookies and trackers
The Site uses neither analytics cookies nor advertising trackers. Fonts are hosted locally.
The booking page embeds the SuperHote tool within an inline frame. This tool may set technical cookies required for its operation when you use it.
